In short: PixelCraft Studio is free to use. The pixel art you create is yours. Please use the tool respectfully, don’t misuse the website, and don’t copy other people’s work without permission.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of PixelCraft Studio (pixelcraftstudio.space), including the online Pixel Art Maker. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

If you are under the age of 13, please use PixelCraft Studio with the permission and guidance of a parent or guardian.

Our service

PixelCraft Studio provides a free, browser-based tool for drawing pixel art and downloading it as a PNG image. No account or registration is required. The tool runs on your own device, and we do not store your drawings.

You may use the website for personal, educational and commercial creative projects, as long as you follow these terms.

Acceptable use

When using PixelCraft Studio, you agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive;
• create or share content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence;
• attempt to hack, overload, disrupt or interfere with the website, its servers or its security;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy the website or put unreasonable load on it;
• copy, resell or republish the Pixel Art Maker or the website as your own product or service.

Your artwork

You own what you create. Pixel art you make with our tool belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership of your drawings, and you may use, share, sell or modify them freely, including in commercial projects. Attribution to PixelCraft Studio is welcome but not required.

You are responsible for the artwork you create and how you use it. Please make sure your artwork does not copy or infringe on anyone else’s rights, such as copyrighted characters, logos or trademarks, unless you have permission to use them.

Because your drawings are never uploaded, we cannot recover lost artwork. Please download your work before closing or refreshing the page.

Our content and brand

The PixelCraft Studio name, logo, website design, text, and the code behind the Pixel Art Maker belong to PixelCraft Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative versions of them without our written permission. Linking to our website is always welcome.

No warranties

The website and the Pixel Art Maker are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, secure, or free of errors, or that it will work on every device and browser. For more details, please read our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelCraft Studio and its owners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the website. This includes lost artwork, lost data, or any loss arising from how you use the images you create.

Links and privacy

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and visiting them is at your own risk.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
